WPS (Wages Processing System) is an end-to-end solution designed for financial institutions for processing electronic salaries per UAE Wage Protection System regulatory policies, or per wage payment regulations of any other country. The solution can automatically process and generate all the files required for processing payments through Casmex or can be easily integrated with your core system.

On the Wage Processing System, you can fund salaries from any source of your choice, process and transfer them using various payment methods. This solution also provides a complete tracking system on which you can monitor the status of file transfers, automate processes, and regenerate salary slips and reject salaries.
The solution enables the disbursement of salaries through different methods such as cash, through e-wallets and ATM. You can also opt for a single or bulk payout according to your company’s needs.
WPS supports full workflow management. You can manage salary returns, rejections and refunds, including auto-settlement of funds in your company’s account.
You can map the methods and parameters of your organisation to those in the Smart Connect package and define a package for a set of different combinations of the service provider API to form a common request/response contract.
